This website is operated by Andara Healing [ABN 68 945 488 636]. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Andara Healing. By visiting our website and using or purchasing the services our website provides, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”) and any other policies we publish or link to on our website. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access this website or use any services. We may also change, suspend or stop providing our website at any time and reserve the right to change and amend these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You must be 18 and over or have parental consent to use our website.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our sessions require preparation time on our part and we ask that you try to ensure you are on time for your appointment. If you are late for a session, your time may be reduced and this is non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session with us, please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice to us in writing via email to georgie@andarahealing.com.au and we will re-schedule another time that suits you.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, no refund will be issued, as we cannot re-schedule that appointment time with anyone else.
All genuine cancellations made within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, are subject to a fee of $10 per booking that will be deducted from the refund amount.
All scheduled sessions with Andara Healing are payable in full at the time of booking.
No refund will be given for change of mind, or not turning up to a scheduled booking.
If for any reason, we are unable to go ahead with your scheduled appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and re-schedule your booking, or give you a full refund.
If you have an in-person session booked and you are unwell with something contagious, please advise us as soon as you can and we will re-schedule your appointment.
YOUR INFORMATION WHEN USING OUR WEBSITE
You understand that information we collect from you, (other than credit card information, which is always encrypted), may be transferred unencrypted to other connecting networks or devices that this website uses to provide its services.

Prices of our products and services are subject to change without notice and are charged in USD for International clients and AUD for Australian clients.
